Approaches to Therapy
I believe compassion is the heart of good therapy and I'll do my best to help you feel safe and heard. My primary approaches to therapy are client-centered and psychodynamic (Jungian). I may employ other techniques such as Ecotherapy, Tapping (also known as EFT), Gestalt or CBT, depending on your needs. We'll decide together what fits best for you, with a focus on reduced emotional pain and an increased sense of well-being.

I love being a therapist and have been practicing for 20 years now. I believe that clients often have within them more strength and wisdom than they realize, and it is my job to help them rediscover what they've lost contact with in themselves, so they can rediscover joy and well-being.
