My experiences in the programs with The School of Lost Borders are actually part of what prompted me to shift my attention from more traditional forms of psychotherapy towards Ecopsychotherapy. I have first-hand experience with the power of mindful immersion in the more-than-human world to transform our understanding of ourselves. other beings, and the living systems of the planet.
